Location: SPRING HOUSE, PA
Duration: 3-6 Contract Position
Duties & Responsibilities
• Work with the Senior Associate Data Quality Operations & Governance to become familiar with the HRPDB processes and procedures;
• Liaise with Senior Associate Data Quality Operations & Governance to determine necessary path of escalation for identified HRPDB issues;
• Maintain the HRPDB system;
• Monitor the HRPDB mailbox, responding to business inquiries;
• Maintain the JJAR Portal with current, quality content;
• Draft JJAR-related communications/learning materials as part of the overall JJAR Communications Team, as outlined in the Change Management Strategy and Stakeholder Analysis;
• Develop feedback mechanisms for the business as part of the overall Communications Plan and develop mechanisms to provide updates to the project team and business;
• Testing communication vehicles to confirm that all links and references are accurate and reflect overall high-quality communications.
Position Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Arts (BA) degree or equivalent degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of communications support relevant to Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products and/or Medical Devices is required.

• Excellent knowledge of SharePoint;
• Ability to plan, organize, co-ordinate, manage and execute assigned tasks with limited supervision;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word;
