Job Description:
Position: CNA
Department Details: The facility has 114 beds and offers acute and residential treatment services to the adult and adolescent population. Consisting of 3 acute adolescent units, 1 geriatric unit and 3 residential treatment units. They accept both voluntary and involuntary admissions. Walkie talkies and ankle monitoring system in place for communication and monitoring. There is some medical at times such as diabetics. Ancillary staff includes BHAs, CNAs, Therapists and Recreational Therapist and Supervisors/Admin available via phone.
Required Certifications: BLS and CPI
Required Experience: 1 year of acute inpatient psych experience
# Beds: 114
Nurse/Patient ratio: Acute units the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:10 and for the Residential Units 1:18
Dress Code: Scrubs
Additional Information: Parking on site and scrubs required. Training is 1 week of classroom orientation and 3 shifts of shadowing. No onsite security and set visitation days and times are available for the residents/patients.
