Job Title: Finance ConsultantLocation: Troy, MI 48098Contract duration: 6 Months with possible extension

Responsibilities:
Shift: 8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm
Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances.
- Generate regular reports to accurately track account status.
- Address payment issues like double payments, pricing, quantity or other discrepancies.
- Engage in collection management processes as necessary.
- Ensure invoicing documentation meets customer payment requirements.
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding customer balances.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collections.
- Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications
- Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.
- Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
- Ability to manage large amounts of data, organized and detail driven.
- Superb written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong SAP and Excel skills.
