Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator
Location: Onsite : Milwaukee, WI 53204
Schedule: 8AM -4PM or 9AM-5PM CST (Hiring Manager is flexible)
Contract Duration - 2 to 3 Months Contract on W2
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR, offering exposure to various HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities:
Perform extensive data entry for external hires, promotions, terminations, pay rate changes, manager changes, and invoice processing.
Track and manage drug screen completions and other candidate processes.
Provide process improvement ideas and assist in the implementation of new HR workflows.
Utilize Microsoft Flow and Excel for various HR tasks.
Handle a steady volume of workload with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain flexibility in work hours to accommodate team needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
Open to learning new HR processes and contributing to team improvements.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team with members of varying experience levels.
Previous experience in HR operations or a related field is preferred but not required.
