Job Title: MSAT Senior Scientist

Work Location: Andover, MA

Duration: 3 years

Schedule: Monday - Friday: First shift (9AM- 5PM)

Job Description:

• Looking for an experienced scientist with cell culture experience specific to lab-scale bioreactor experimentation and an understanding of bioprocessing at larger scale for technology transfer and troubleshooting of manufacturing.
• As part of Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) you will be responsible for process troubleshooting, process improvements and second-generation process development of Client's late-stage development and commercial biopharmaceuticals and vaccines.
• Through small scale process development and transfer to commercial stages, you will partner with manufacturing specialists for API and provide support for technology transfer to Client manufacturing sites and third-party facilities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in bioprocessing.
• Knowledge and experience of mammalian cell culture, including fed-batch and perfusion bioreactor operations.
• Demonstrated experience in interpretation of analytical data to drive experimental plans and ability to utilize electronic tools to document information.
• Technical knowledge and skills in aseptic bioreactor operation and associated analytical methods.
• Knowledge of biologics achieved through industrial or academic experience in research and development, technical operations, manufacturing, etc.
