Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid - 2 days On-site)

Posting Summary:
The client is looking for a PowerBuilder Developer and IT Analyst with a strong background specializing in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) and possess advanced skills in T-SQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases.
Day-to-day activities include:
Data management, source control (TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT), unit testing, documentation, testing, production support, change management, software development, and data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some college preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
- PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)
- Work in a hybrid office
- Willingness to learn
Required Skills:
- PowerBuilder Developer: Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data.
- T-SQL Query Writing: The resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database. Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data.
- Data Management: Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
- Source Control: Must have experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps, or GIT.
