- Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Physical Therapist
- Specialty: Acute, Inpatient Rehab, Skilled Care, Same Day Surgery Eval and Training, there could be some option to float to outpt if willing
- Number of Openings: 3 PT
- Shift: Days 8-430( can have some flexibility of start time)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: If assist with weekend rotation then hours will be offset during week with time off.
- Call Requirements: None
- Required Certifications: current TN Physical Therapy Licensure, American Heart Association BLS (CPR)
- Years of Experience: not a required amount
- Float Requirements: Would like for therapist to be able/wiling to float among the settings
- Additional Notes:This is a great setting for variety and many work environments to build skill sets and deter burnout. Would work alongside experienced therapist. Unit Information:

- Equipment: Nustep/physiostep, hi/lo tables, mechanical lifts, assistive devices, weights
- EHR:
- Supervisor: Becky Campbell
- Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: variety but most are 30’s and up
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Evaluating patients and setting POC/goals, “American Heart Assoc.” BLS (CPR)
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Acute hospital, skilled nursing facility, acute inpt rehab- (but not mandatory)
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: all- hospital type diagnosis, Client, neuro, post-surgery care, stroke, deconditioning, preventative
- Personality Fit: Respectful, Polite, Courteous, Good Customer Service, Collaborative/Teammate
- Required Education: minimum Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy with current Tn State Physical Therapy License
- Scrub Color: no set color
- Any unacceptable attire: blue jeans (except for Client approved days), shorts, open toed shoes, low cut tops/tank tops, high heels
