Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. Our community behavioral health team seeks a registered nurse to provide integrated mental health and psychiatric services to clients across our service area. We seek Registered Nurse to facilitate relationship-based psychiatric care and Medication-Assisted Treatment. Work will be based in one of our psychiatric locations in Athens, Ohio, Chillicothe, Ohio, or Columbus, Ohio. Will provide specialized training for the right candidate. Previous experience in psychiatric medicine or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification is preferred.
The annual salary range for this position is $58,237.88 to $68,372.48 based on experience.
Essential Functions:

• Delivers both pharmacological management and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services that are problem-focused and build on family and community strengths. Nursing care delivered mostly in a home & community setting.
• Manages nursing practice for all aspects of service efficiency and relevance, including quality, compliance, and productivity issues.
• Participates in community behavioral nursing practice planning.
• Meets billing productivity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's in nursing required.
• Current registered nursing license in the state of Ohio.
• Two years' experience nursing experience within the medical or behavioral health field.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Willing to participate in and lead collaborative community building activities.
• Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
• Must be able to use an electronic health record (EHR).
• Must be able to operate within an Internet-based, automated office environment.
