Description:
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Communications team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, attract new customers, boost brand awareness, and build brand equity inside and outside the company. IS4S empowers its various office sites to take a leading role in business development. The Content Marketing Specialist will be integral to this highly collaborative process, providing standardized reach-back support and resources to each site, while at the same time, supporting their unique marketing goals. The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with multi-media designer(s) to help build a consistent and dynamic brand identity using both print and digital platforms and spanning the entire integrated marketing framework.
Job Role(s):
- Develop/implement content marketing campaigns on different platforms such as website, social media, email, and video channels.
- Create/copyedit written website content from technical papers, briefings, etc. according to the published style guide, ensuring a consistent tone/company voice.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content delivery across all channels according to schedule.
- Implement paid content promotions and lead generation activities as necessary.
- Create/maintain an editorial calendar for company communications, including the development of an internal company newsletter and/or intranet.
- Work with company leadership, site leads, and program/product managers to strategize new marketing and communications initiatives as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in content marketing, technical writing, and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in copywriting, social media, SEO and CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Ads Search, Ads Display, YouTube, or similar analytics tools preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; can create engaging written and/or visual content for different audiences.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively on critical path tasks from day one.
- Must be adaptable, a quick learner, and possess superior organizational skills to simultaneously support multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient with Adobe Create Cloud apps, Canva, and Microsoft apps.
