Integrated Technologies, Inc is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Twin Falls, ID

Integrated Technologies is a technology company headquartered in Twin Falls, ID. We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will assist our sales and IT staff with the purchasing of a variety of technology products. They will work with our sales team to monitor and track customer orders and provide any needed documentation for the successful delivery of products.

Role:

Process all sales for the company from initial documentations that may be needed to the funding of the sales. Ensure proper processing with the leasing company of all sales.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our clients experience 100% satisfaction!
  • Obtain pre-approvals for sales if needed, legal documents or any other necessary to approve a sale for processing.
  • Process sales within eAutomate and within the leasing company systems. accounts and develop new business through prospecting, leads and referrals.
  • Bill equipment and manage process through to funding.
  • Primary point of contact for equipment disposition regarding delivery and returns to logistics.
  • Accurately Process Lease Returns with the Logistics Manager to insure 100% accuracy.
  • Liaison between salesperson and leasing company when questions or concerns arise.
  • Process all Claims with the Manufacturer for program credits (i.e.- KO, Rebates, Sales Promotions).
  • Record, review and assist prepare Sales Team commissions throughout the month.
  • Maintain updated Sales Log Spreadsheet.
  • Coordinate and process customer Equipment purchase orders and enter related information into the ordering system.
  • Process Equipment purchase orders for products from vendors.
  • Administer paperwork to arrange shipment of products.
  • Track product availability, pricing, and shipment information.
  • Expedite order related changes and shipments as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Detail oriented.
  • Sense of Urgency.
  • Desire to work with a team members and clients.
  • Processing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to make calculations and balance multiple forms of leasing funding.
  • Clear understanding of the service/sales process and documentation used.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.

Reports:

  • Weekly: Equipment Open sales orders.
  • Weekly: Deals Pending Funding.
  • Monthly: Lease returns Status, Sales Log.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
