Responsibilities:
- Oversee department of 3.
- Set up, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Monitors and maintains production equipment.
- Follows preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders. Advises Plant Management of the tools, materials, and parts needed to maintain production equipment.
- Works closely with Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives.
- Maintains a working report with equipment suppliers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to supervise, delegate, and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3).
- Experience in Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, and basic electronic measuring equipment.
- Manufacturing experience required.
