SEEKING ENTHUSIASTIC EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST

We are hiring a Chiropractic Office Assistant in our Santa Fe clinic. This is a 20-25 hr/week position working M, W, F within the hours of 8:30am -6:30pm , and Tuesday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. We are a warm, friendly, growing office looking to fill a position that includes customer service, reception, and administrative work. Past customer service, sales and office managerial experience is a necessity!

The person we are looking for is friendly, energetic, fun to work with, has a positive mental attitude with mature verbal and written communication skills.

Duties include:* Working closely in a team context to manage office efficiency, flow and quality of customer care.* Front desk collections. *Greeting patients and answering the phone with a smile.

* Patient Scheduling, and recalls.* Writing letters, emails, and correspondence.* Helping with community outreach and internal promotions.* Tracking patient visits, care plans, office statistics, goal setting for the office.

Requirements:* Must be healthy, energetic and be comfortable promoting a healthy lifestyle.* You must have an outgoing personality and really like people.* Typing, Computer skills (working knowledge of Mac software plus MS word, google docs)* Problem solving, and multitasking ability are necessary skills.

* You must have your own transportation and have a reasonable commute.
