We're looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Team as a Delivery Manager. In this role, you will define, execute, and champion Integratz's Agile and Lean methodologies. Your expertise in working with clients, cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and QA analysts, will be critical in driving the successful delivery of digital products in a dynamic Agile environment. You will ensure teams embrace Agile principles, flow management, and development practices throughout the product lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and support. The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing workflow, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and fostering continuous improvement. With a strong bias for action and a commitment to creating a productive and positive work environment, you will ensure teams have everything they need to excel.

- Coach and lead teams in Agile, Flow, and Lean practices.
- Act as a recognized expert and advocate for the approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.

- Apply experience in multiple parts of the product life cycle.
- Recognize when it is right to move forward and when it is right to stop.

- Work with other Agile delivery operations throughout the product life cycle.
- Plan and engage with the appropriate stakeholders at a particular stage in the project.
Planning - Level: Expert
- Lead a continual planning process in a very complex environment.
- Plan beyond product delivery.
- Identify dependencies in plans across services and coordinate delivery.
- Coach other teams as the central point of expertise.
Metrics and Data Analysis - Level: Expert
- Track and analyze key flow metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, Work Item Age, WIP).
- Regularly monitor and analyze business KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize workflow and make informed decisions.
- Establish and manage Service Level Expectations (SLEs) to drive predictability and reliability.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to support continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is preferred, as it demonstrates a higher level of academic achievement and understanding of complex business principles.
- Professional Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance.
- A Scaled Agile certification.
- Professional Kanban (PK1), Professional Applied Metrics (PAM) & Professional Flow Metrics for Scrum (PFMS) from ProKanban.org.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in software development and project management.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Agile teams in a delivery manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget in an Agile environment.
- Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and projects.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Extensive experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and a scaling approach.
- Strong experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management software
