We are currently seeking a full-time administrative employee to assist with data entry, accounts payable and other administrative tasks as needed to join our team. Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow personally and professionally. We put great emphasis on ensuring our candidates have a mutual interest in achieving success for themselves as well as the success of the company.

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

• Excel
• QuickBooks Desktop

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted and mailed.
• Assist in resolving accounts payable issues.

• Driver’s License
• Dependable transportation – this is not a remote position
