Due to the explosive demand from recent weather events that have affected thousands of property owners, we are immediately hiring an experienced sales manager to our fast-growing team.
Our system and door-to-door training led to more than a quarter billion in roofing sales in 2023. We only want go-getters who are willing to follow our proven system BCR 101!
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing D2D sales team: Identity and attract talented sales professionals who align with our companys objectives.
- Set door-to-door sales targets and drive performance: Establish ambitious yet achievable D2D sales goals.
- Engage with your local community.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Conduct weather damage inspections (drones can be used if the roof is too steep).
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to meet and exceed goals.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
- Implement comprehensive training programs to equip the team with necessary skills.
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to develop effective strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team: Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and healthy competition. Implement motivational initiatives to encourage performance.
- Provide sales leadership: Demonstrate strong sales skills and act as a mentor. Assist the team with complex sales situations and build customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics: Track and analyze sales data, providing accurate reports to senior management. Use insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up to date with industry trends: Expand knowledge of the residential roofing industry, particularly insurance claims, through industry events and training.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Strong sales leaderships skills, to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including
homeowners and insurance adjusters.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic computer functions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Must have reliable transportation, with the ability to transport training passengers and a valid driver license.
- The company will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to all applicable Fair Chance Act laws. Candidates will not be required to disclose criminal history or participate in a background check unless or until a conditional job offer is made. Criminal history will not automatically disqualify a candidate from employment.
- Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures/videos during property inspections.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes related to residential roofing is desirable.
Compensation:
- Base salary: Starting at $10,500-Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications
- Commission on sales: Earn commission, based on personal sales performance
- Bonus: Receive a bonus based on the overall monthly revenue generated by the sales team
