This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive in the hospice industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth and increase market share. They will identify and develop relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role is based in League City, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the hospice industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to travel as needed
