Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Sales and MarketingTeam Lead In this role, you would lead a small team of door-to-door canvassers to engage homeowners by going door to door to generate leads by setting appointments for our outside sales team. • Hourly base pay (monthly commissions daily bonuses) - Start at $18-$20 an hour base pay and commission totals up to $35 an hour!

Schedule :
Monday - Friday: (Exact in-time and out-time will be discussed during in-person interview)
-Weekends: OFF
-8 hour shift
Daily Tasks:

• Plan out territories with team
• Train and mentor and drive a team of 8-12 people
• Talk with homeowners about Integrity Home Exteriors products and services
• Schedule a time for our estimators to complete an estimate for new customers
• Attend daily training meetings
