Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Integrity Insurance Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This includes handling policy inquiries, offering insurance advice, conducting policy reviews, and assisting with claims. You will also be cross selling polices and connecting with local referral partners. While the role is primarily located in Lexington, KY, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Licensing or certification in insurance is a plus
