The Financial Transaction Requisitioner position requires an individual having extensive experience working with federal financial transactions and some procurement and contract administration knowledge, including experience with G-Invoicing and documentation processes, SharePoint document management expertise, and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including SharePoint 2010.
The Requisition staff must communicate across a multi-functional IPT, including contract specialists, contract officers, program managers, budget staff, and more than 200 active CORs and Technical Points of Contact (TPOC). Staff will be required to use multiple tools including PRISM Requisitioner and Requisition for Modification training and PRISM account, G-Invoicing and an ability to read Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) reports accessed through FFMS.
Further, the position requires:

• Solid documentation organization, coordination, review and facilitation skills to track Financial Transaction packages from drafting to release of PRs in PRISM and G-Invoicing.
• Communication is vital to serve as a liaison between Program Offices, Trading Partners and Finance Officers .
• Attention to detail is essential to support the continuous review of packages as they move through the process.
• Perform UDO analysis support
• Leverage knowledge and relationships with Finance and Program Offices
• Provide contract close-out support and requisitioning
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Support Special Projects as assigned.
In addition to these skills, the candidate must have:

• Journeyman-level: Bachelor's Degree and minimum of five years of relevant experience or High School Diploma and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Senior-level: Master's Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain Client suitability/EOD
• Current Client badge preferred
