Job Summary The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, passionate, and has demonstrated relationship management, and sales expertise. Essential tasks include developing and executing strategic marketing plans, communication initiatives, lead generation, and social media management. Position Responsibilities Planning, directing, coordinating, and executing all marketing efforts including events & open houses. Building brand awareness and positioning Creating and managing social media, digital, and content marketing Compiling and managing lists Supporting sales and lead generation efforts Working closely with the sales team to develop collateral Developing, managing, and updating marketing collateral and company website Event Management- manage vendors, budget, preparation of invitations, promotion of the event via different channels, provide leadership through out the event. Lastly, follow up after the event by giving a post-event evaluation. Handle office tasks, utilizing office technology, and compiling/composing company communication in high frequencies. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or business 3-5 years' experience in marketing communications Life Insurance experience preferred 25-30 hours per week Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Professional and proactive work ethic and enjoys a fast-paced environment Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing. Competency in Adobe and Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
