Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential commercial clients. Understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and sell commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and workers' compensation.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring clients receive top-notch service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims with efficiency and accuracy.
- 1-3 years experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- A Property & Casualty Commercial Insurance is required; additional certifications (CPCU, CIC) are a plus.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
