Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Foreman at Astra Polishing in Tampa, FL. The foreman will be responsible for Supervising our team, Estimating projects, tasked with inspecting safety equipment, conducting rigging inspections, and ensuring all equipment and materials are within safety regulations in our projects. Must be specialized in Polished Concrete, Concrete coatings, Topical Sealers. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and managing service delivery operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the respective field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Service Delivery Management, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with concrete flooring applications
- Experience in Customer Service and Service Delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Management, or related field
