ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
BENEFITS OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR POSITION INCLUDE:

- Flexible office hours, as long as you complete 40 per week
- This position has the ability to cross train in other areas of accounting
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator role is open due to an upcoming retirement in in June
- Cross train with him before the retirement!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR:
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will manage and maintain accounts receivable records
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable records to the general ledger
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries related to accounts receivable
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator could assist with month-end closing activities within 6-12 months
QUALIFACTIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR POSITION:
- Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable position or similar accounting role
- Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
