Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
- Proactively manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
- Provide weekly status updates to internal and external stakeholders, identify potential obstacles to on-time delivery and proactively escalate to leadership with proposed solutions.

- Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- Versatile, detail-oriented, have good analytical skills and be proactive while taking on new initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable in an ever changing and fast passed environment.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in working with and setting up CRM tools.
- Manage and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Ability to travel
- Experience in the steel trading industry or a related field.
- Supply chain/logistics related experience within the industrial manufacturing industry
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
