Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily communications with customers, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, and logistics.
This role demands excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
  • Proactively manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
  • Provide weekly status updates to internal and external stakeholders, identify potential obstacles to on-time delivery and proactively escalate to leadership with proposed solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Versatile, detail-oriented, have good analytical skills and be proactive while taking on new initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable in an ever changing and fast passed environment.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in working with and setting up CRM tools.
  • Manage and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Ability to travel
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in the steel trading industry or a related field.
  • Supply chain/logistics related experience within the industrial manufacturing industry
  • Previous experience in logistics, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
