For over two decades, Integrity Social Work Services, has been the leader in providing on-going mental health counseling services in New York State, by bringing counseling services to where the individual lives. We are happy to announce this expansion of our services into the Telemental Health area, allowing us to deliver counseling services to all adults, eighteen years of age and over, who live anywhere in New York State. We are also involved with a state-wide initiative to reduce psychiatric in-patient readmissions (Follow-Up Hospitalization program).

Financial Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Assistant to assist the Chief Financial Officer in recording, analyzing and reporting financial information that is accurate, timely and relevant for senior management to utilize and manage strategic objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintaining the accounting records, including reconciliations with relevant bank statements, in a timely manner

· Perform accounts payable/receivable function

. Collects 1099s and tax related documents

. Downloads the bank transactions and statements and reconciles the accounts

. perform remote check deposit

· Assist with various budget analysis

· Contribute to monthly Administrative meetings

· Assist in the preparation of various requests for data and information received throughout the year

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills

. Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

· Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment

· Detail oriented

· Critical thinker with problem solving capabilities

. organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
