Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painter Asstant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality finishes.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, scraping, and applying primer
- Apply paint to steel surfaces
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Grind, buff, and clean surfaces prior to painting
- Utilize painting tools and equipment efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment - Promote and comply with all Company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of color theory
- High school diploma or GED - Strong attention to detail
- One-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience - Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
