Integrity Steel Supply, LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Mapleton, ND

Integrity Steel Supply is looking for a Project Manager who would be responsible for directing successful bids from award through completion. The PM is the primary contact between the customer & Integrity Steel Supply, LLC and works between both to ensure the project’s success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Write up new projects, compile & organize construction documents
  • Compare quotes and send purchase orders to subcontractors
  • Identify required submittals and coordinate, review, & track those between Integrity, the customer, and subcontractors
  • Estimate & send proposals for change orders or requested extras
  • Identify, research, and resolve conflicts or disputes with customers
  • Establish delivery dates mutually between Integrity & customers
  • Manage material & fabrication timing with Production Manager
  • Draft, review & send pay applications (invoices)
  • Receive, review & approve subcontractor / supplier invoices
  • Maintain communication with customer throughout project through e-mail, phone conversations, or in person
  • Visit jobsites to measure, verify conditions or attend customer meetings
  • Occasionally make small deliveries to jobsites or courier services
  • Manage, track, and coordinate multiple projects at the same time
  • Align the interests of the customer with Integrity Steel’s for repeat business

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Industry experience and knowledge of estimating and managing the construction process. 5 Years preferred, but not required to apply

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Multitasking – this position manages multiple projects at once, all in various stages of the project’s cycle
  • Effective time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Communicate professionally via e-mail, phone & in person
  • Read, analyze and interpret construction documents (plans, specs, shop drawings, etc.)
  • Perform basic takeoffs, price material costs & estimate labor hours
  • Calculate figures such as subtotals, tax rates, percentages, unit weights, areas, volumes, and time durations
  • Take care of your own health & safety, manage safe working environment
  • Write reports, summaries, track and log documents and project activities
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, coworkers, customers, and subcontractors
  • Problem identifying and solving, ability to come up with own solutions
  • Work effectively both alone and in a team environment

  • When visiting jobsites, the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
  • This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
