With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Program Integrator III.

 ITC is looking for a Program Integrator II with Business Management & Acquisition knowledge. You will be a focal point supporting the Government PM, Contract Managers, Business Financial Managers, internal and external customers. Experience with the Outgoing Economy Act Order (EAO) / Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) process. Experience with MD Customer financial processes and systems. Understand cost, schedule and performance. Good communication skills.

** NSA experience with SW/HW procurement process.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. 
• Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a bachelor’s degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted. 
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. 
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted. 
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
