GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: The Program Controls Manager is responsible for overseeing fulfillment of contract terms and conditions according to federal policies, regulations, and legislation. This position functions as the lead contact in all areas of a project, including procurement, subcontracts, and pricing. This position is also responsible for business development and preparing proposals. This position requires experience and proficiency with IBM Maximo.
