Residential Project Manager – Windows and Doors Construction

(Local candidates within a reasonable commute of Fort Myers / Estero, FL preferred)

Currently looking for Construction Project Managers with experience in impact windows and doors installation projects (Storefront, High-End residential home, tract homes, etc) covering the surrounding counties. If you are a seasoned PM or an Assistant PM/Coordinator looking for advancement this is the opportunity for you. For over 40 years, our client is one of the premier distributors and full-service contractors of impact windows and doors in Florida. Ideal candidates should have experience of Residential /Store-front project management experience in the Glass and Glazing industry with knowledge of impact rated windows and doors, new construction, etc. Must be able to troubleshoot onsite and provide solutions. Experience with warranty assessments; Provide an accurate report of products needing to be ordered and detail a gameplan on executing the services.

To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of construction project management experience in the Glass and Glazing industry (Impact rated Windows and Doors). Seasoned Project Managers preferred.
• Must be familiar with various brands of impact windows. (PGT, Andersen, WinDoor, etc)
• Experience in New Construction and Renovations.
• Experience with Storefronts, High-End Residentials, tract homes, etc.
• Ability to read and analyze architectural blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs
• Ensuring all products installed are compliant with manufacturing and building codes
• Manage and apply plan and specification addendums in relation to assigned bids.
• Experience with project management software: Procore; knowledge of Bluebeam a PLUS.
• Excellent communicator and ability to Communicating and building relationships with Construction Managers from various home builders
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook.
