In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Facilitates the planning and coordination of initiatives and processes for multiple business teams with the goal of driving alignment within the organization and delivering on company goals.
- Supports and/or leads the management of operating mechanism(s) for monitoring the global health of business.
- Leads health of business reviews with leaders to maintain alignment of programs and technical solutions to the strategic roadmap and within designated budgets.
- Identifies opportunities to decrease costs and drive productivity by improving operational effectiveness across company sales, contracts, account management, compliance, engineering, finance and operations teams.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of consistently compliant and efficient business operations management policies and practices.
- Leverages internal and external research to solve complex problems related to the operation of the business.
- Works closely with technical departments to design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services, if required.
- Works as a people manager, leading a team of supply chain operations professionals with complete ownership of their work deliverables and performance.
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Analytical and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years, or Master’s Degree in a related field with 6 years of experience in the supply chain, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as an operations manager
- 5 years of experience managing people
- 3 years of sales and operations planning (S&OP) experience
- Experience running Sales and Operations Planning, inventory management, data analytics, KPI development and management
- Semiconductors experience
- MBA degree

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
