Intela Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in the city of Huntington Beach, Ca. for a company that makes, machine-ready metal blanks, including 6061 aluminum, stainless steel, and A36 carbon steel and other materials used extensively in manufacturing and machining processes.

Monday through Friday 5:00am-1:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Blanched Grinding Flat Surface.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Select appropriate grinding wheels, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Load and unload workpieces onto grinding machines manually or with the assistance of lifting equipment.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met and adjust as necessary.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Used micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc., to make setups, operating adjustments, and to check work.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC Blanchard and Double Disc grinders in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Able to read and take precise measurements.
• Good knowledge of edits and G-codes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
