Our client are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in marine construction and/or heavy civil projects to join their dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the COO, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, safety protocols, and performance tracking of various complex projects, including marine construction, deep foundations, and dredging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the project team to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans and safe work procedures.
- Estimate project costs and manage budgeting and cost control.
- Oversee the preparation and review of project submittals.
- Coordinate the sourcing and delivery of equipment and materials.
- Schedule project activities and coordinate crews efficiently.
- Monitor and track project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine and/or heavy civil construction management.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling and HCSS estimating software is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on all projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.
