ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
- Lead AI/ML initiatives within the automotive R&D domain, driving innovation and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Enhance and deploy various types of classical Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of classical ML and DL algorithms and their application in automotive contexts.
- Hands-on experience in processing diverse data types including text, image, and audio.
- Proficient in fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering methods on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Execute at least one complex use case utilizing advanced techniques in the aforementioned areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or R&D sector.
- Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in the automotive domain or R&D setup.
- Demonstrated expertise in enhancing and deploying classical ML and DL models.
- Strong grasp of classical ML and DL algorithms.
- Proficiency in processing various data types such as text, image, and audio.
- Experience with fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering methods on LLMs.
- Proven ability to execute complex use cases using advanced techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
