Role: Associate Project ManagerLocation: Temecula, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM 100% Onsite role.
Local candidates only.
Skills Looking For
- Project Management role.
- Labeling workstream project manager; coordinating the creation, approval, and release of labeling. Ability to communicate with multiple in-house teams and get the work done in a designed project schedule.
- Medical device industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience with document control.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum tools.
- Good at using Microsoft Projects and other tools.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Must have some knowledge of Medical device Regulatory requirements related to labels. Familiarity with international standards.
- Quality Control activities are done here related to labeling that the customer first sees. Ability to manage multiple mini-projects; Coordinating and planning various functional areas to align on any standards, and updates that may be required.
- Project coordinator experience is also fine but must have those management skills; creating project timelines, scheduling meetings etc.
- Experience in larger organizations will be helpful.
- Bachelor's required for the role with 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
- Master's degree with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of PM experience.
- Phone screening followed by an onsite interview.
