Key Responsibilities
- Perform lab techniques like pipetting and measuring in a sterile environment.
- Follow SOPs meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including lab coats and surgical masks.
- Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting assays.
- Stand for approximately 90% of the workday and lift containers up to 30 lbs with assistance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field or Associate's Degree with 2-3 years of relevant lab experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of lab experience in an academic or production setting.
- Familiarity with organic chemistry or molecular lab techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs with high accuracy.
- Reliable and proficient in pipetting.
