- Efficiently lead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor marketing analysis, focusing on product positioning, messaging, promotional materials, and conference presence.
- Manage the production, scheduling, and approval process for various communication mediums such as print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content, webpages, mobile apps, sales, and clinical materials.
- Facilitate production-level communication between the company and external vendor/agency contacts, providing updates or creative feedback as needed.
- Ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory standards. Implement and direct changes according to corporate brand guidelines, BU style guides, and regional ethics guidelines (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).
- Proofread and edit materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark requirements.
- Handle incidental duties, including sourcing and managing digital assets, conducting research, undertaking special projects, and performing assigned brand-related tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills as a valuable asset.
- Solution-focused mindset with robust problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in print and multimedia production.
- Eagerness to learn about procedures and products through available resources.
