Role: IMSQE Lab Engineer
Location: Portland, Oregon - Onsite
Description:
- Support E2E validation of IMS solution, TAS, I/S-CSCF, BGCF software releases and features.
- Support IMS core Lab issue diagnoses, troubleshooting and resolution
- Execute and maintain the validation test plan.
Required knowledge/experience:
- 5 year of Telecommunication networks and supporting Core products.
- Excellent knowledge/experience of IMS solution. Mainly TAS, I/S-CSCF and BGCF
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, TCP, UDP, SCTP, HTTP.
- Knowledge of Containers & Virtualization Network functions, CNF & VNFs.
- Previous experience of validating IMS E2E call flows.
- Interfaces: Sh, Cx, H.248, SIGTRAN
- Protocols: SIP, DIAMETER, HTTP, SS7, MAP
- Familiarity with UNIX, LINUX, Kubernetes, virtualization, and Cloud Native.
- Knowledge of protocol analysis, Wireshark, Net scout, TCP dump.
Preferred knowledge/experience:
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting on the Mavenir IMS TAS, CSCF and BGCF
