Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Suppliers Manager with a focus on accounts receivable activities. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of accounting experience, with expertise in Great Plains and Sales Force preferred. This is a customer-facing role with a high volume of interactions, involving 10-20 calls or 60-70 emails per day. Basic Excel skills are required, along with strong communication and writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, with a focus on service invoicing.
- Utilize Great Plains and Sales Force for efficient operations.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions through calls and emails.
- Demonstrate basic Excel skills for data management.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Associates degree in accounting, analytics, math, or related field OR 3-4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Great Plains and Sales Force is preferred.
- Customer-facing experience in a high-volume role.
- Basic Excel skills for data management.
- Must be adaptable and comfortable with a high level of customer interaction.
