Position Responsibilities
- Develop assembly models and detail drawings using various CAD tools.
- Assist with testing products and designs.
- Analyzes systems using a variety of engineering tools including, but not limited to FEA, analytical formulas, benchmark designs, etc.
- Uses DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFMA tools to improve the end quality and reliability of the design.
- Works with operations to design solutions that are integrated into the current manufacturing capabilities.
- Develops advanced designs in conjunction with operations to produce high quality designs that are value based.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Hold themselves and other team members accountable and focus on Safety as a core value.

- Proficient with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor [preferred] or SolidWorks.
- Sheet metal design experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical background.
- Self-starter and must be able to work cross-functionally.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs).
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years of engineering work experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 3 years of engineering work experience, HVAC highly preferred.
