- Review of Piping design deliverable ( Layout , ISO , BOM , Design basis , Engineering Information , Specification sheet , Technical Recommendation )
- Coordination with Offshore design team , Client , Vendor , Contractors and ensure all Design deliverables meeting with customer expectation ,
- Support construction team and providing technical guidance wherever needed.
- Project Planning & Management, Resource management & Ensure the Utilization of team.
- Scope understanding with customers, and connect with all stakeholders for further proceed on Project execution process
- Responsible for all engineering activities related to new product development initiatives / maintenance / derivatives of existing machines
- Technical support for Mechanical construction activities on field end to end. Responsible for delivery of the project on time with zero defects with the support design team.
- Documenting the construction related issues and preparation of action plans to resolve issues. Aligning vendor tasks to deliver defect-free installation of the machine.
- Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the project. Represents the discipline on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work.
- Prepares and oversees work plans in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations and bid summaries. Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) and coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval of drawings/documents for different phases of project.
- Experience in FMCG / CPG / Pharmaceutical company
- Experience in 2D (Auto CAD )
- Coordinate with offshore on design deliverable
- Coordinate with Client, Vendor and construction for inputs to be shared with offshore
- Prepare markups
- Review design document sent from offshore
- Deliver design package to customer
- Support construction team in Technical queries and clarification
- FMCG / CPG / Pharmaceutical
- BE / B Tech - Mechanical
