- Proven experience as a Program Manager, thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Responsible for overseeing a set of projects that contribute to an overall program or objective. Should be strategic, excellent communicator, highly organized, and responsible for evaluating individual projects and ensuring they’re all aligned.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles, knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Primavera, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
