Job Title: Office Manager/Sr. Project Coordinator

Location: Albany, NY

Contract: 6 months

100% onsite role

Note:-

Does not need FDA experience. CM prefers to look locally for the time being. This group is part of a PMO team within Process Environment. This is an office setting. CM needs someone who can schedule and coordinate meetings in Outlook, and take meeting minutes, prepare agendas, and assembles slides for group and department meetings. Needs a strong office manager.

• Prepares meeting room for department meetings- arrives half hour early and move chairs, tables and make sure tech is working
• Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between groups within Process Sciences and coordinate initiatives such as Continuous Improvement projects with other departments.
• Organize and Facilitate department events, such as QUEST, PS Consortium & Holiday party
• Line of communication for the rest of the Department- department wide emails
• Develop and maintain methods for tracking employee training requirements

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
