Job Title: Project Manager
Location: OHIO (Onsite)Duration: Long Term Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they meet the defined scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, engineering processes, and construction coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesPROJECT DEVELOPMENT
  • Define Project Scope: Assist in describing each project and defining the necessary facilities and services.
  • Funding Requests: Assist in developing and requesting project funding.
  • Execution Strategies: Help develop execution strategies and detailed execution plans.
  • Engineering Support: Identify, contract, and coordinate required engineering support services.
  • Engineering Development: Represent the company in developing, reviewing, and executing engineering information for construction.
  • Change Management: Ensure plant change management systems are adhered to and obtain concurrence from plant customers.
CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
  • Contracting and Monitoring: Represent the company in contracting and monitoring construction activities.
  • Contractor Management: Communicate plant requirements and monitor contractors to ensure compliance with plant procedures.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule construction activities in alignment with plant operations.
  • Documentation: Assist in developing and executing Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) documents.
  • Startup Coordination: Coordinate startup activities with vendors, contractors, and plant startup teams.
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a related industry.
  • Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or construction industries.
CERTIFICATION: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
