Title: Research Scientist
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, including proficiency in aseptic techniques, culture optimization, cell counting, cryopreservation, and validation methods.
- Expertise in experimental design and data analysis, along with a broad range of biology skills such as in vitro cell assay development, plate-based assays, Western blotting, protein quantification, ELISA, MSD, transfections, lentiviral transductions, siRNA/shRNA/CRISPR, qPCR, and viability assays.
- Perform various assays, including in vitro cell assays, protein quantification, and plate-based assays, and accurately analyze the data.
- Maintain thorough documentation of experiments, protocols, and results in lab notebooks and digital databases.
