Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Design and Development:
- Analyze requirements and develop hardware specifications for new products.
- Design and implement hardware solutions, including circuit boards, processors, and wiring.
- Develop and execute test strategies, including performance and stress tests, to ensure hardware reliability and functionality.
- Use a variety of testing devices and systems to evaluate hardware performance.
- Plan and manage hardware development projects from concept to production.
- Lead and direct the work of other engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with other product components.
- Apply creativity and latitude to address complex hardware design challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into product designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in hardware engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in hardware design, development, and testing.
- Experience with project management and leading engineering teams is highly desirable.
