Leading NYC Fintech is looking for Data Analytics Associate within Collections to join their Analytics team. Individual will be responsible for conducting key Portfolio, Collections, and Accounts Receivable analysis to optimize loss mitigation and revenue recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline data processing, enabling efficient querying, filtering, and aggregation across diverse datasets using SQL
• Work closely with Senior management to develop, improve, and implement collections strategies and process through data and analytics.
• Derive actionable insights through data analytics
• Develop and generate collections reporting, including aging reports, past due accounts, bankruptcies, recoveries and roll rates.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers in designing the entire ETL pipeline, including data extraction, cleaning, and aggregation to develop a reliable data platform to support collections analytics, initiatives, and processes.
• Leveraging Tableau through dynamic visualization of data insights, facilitating informed decision-making through interactive dashboards and in-depth analytics.

Requirements:

• 4 years of analytical experience within the Financial Services industry with a strong focus on Collections
• Strong understanding of unsecured term loan products.credit and default risk
• Expert using SQL and working with large databases
• Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within Tableau.
