As a Field Technician, you will perform the duties of installation of racks, servers, and switches. You will also troubleshoot network devices, communicate with end users, maintain daily upkeep of email communications, monitor the Intellicomm portal for current schedule and impromptu updates, and other duties as assigned.
You're an Intellicomm Technician if you have:
*Strong low voltage skills
*Experience performing server upgrades
*Experience running and terminating data lines
* Ability to run lines neatly for large and small projects
*A very professional and resourceful style
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*The ability to work both independently, without close supervision, and collaboratively at varying levels of seniority within and outside of Intellicomm
*The ability to represent Intellicomm with external clients and customers
*The ability to stay focused and not let anything fall through the cracks
