Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-value insurance claims for institutions such as healthcare, education, and government agencies in the greater Houston area.
- Ensure swift and efficient claims processing to minimize downtime for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare, education, and government sectors.
- Be prepared to travel and respond quickly to water damage incidents along the Gulf Coast.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in handling large loss insurance claims, particularly for institutions that require minimal downtime.
- Background as an insurance adjuster or significant experience in the insurance industry with a comprehensive understanding of the claims process.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable with a track record of success in a challenging and competitive industry.
- Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with healthcare, education, and government agencies in the greater Houston area.
- Prior income of $150,000 or more in a variable compensation plan and a strong drive to earn well beyond that.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to be in the field developing facility relationships in the Houston area.
- Ready to travel and respond to water damage incidents along the Gulf Coast.
- Comfortable with cold-calling, networking, attending trade shows, and traveling up to 50% of the year.
- Ethical, hard-working, personable, and able to work well with all team members.
