Intelligent Office is a growing and looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. We help small businesses succeed in an ever changing economy. This is a part time position with PTO, where the hours are flexible part-time(20-30) hours/week . A positive attitude, adaptability to changing client needs, computer skills, being a quick learner and team player are a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Operates multi-line phone system answer and support calls for multiple companies.
• Schedule appointments in calendars,
• Pleasantly greets persons entering organization and directs them as needed
• Collects, sorts and distributes mail
• Manages incoming faxes and distributes based on procedures
• Provides administrative support to employees and clients
• Responsible for cleanliness of kitchens and conference rooms Desired Skills and Experience
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal presentation and cheerful attitude
• Positive customer service orientation • Reliability • Intermediate computer skills

• Knowledge of computers, relevant software applications and general office equipment

• Required skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point; Outlook; Internet Research
• Not required but helpful: CRM experience Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Front desk/receptionist a plus
• Multi-line phone system a plus
• Customer service experience required
• Administrative assistant a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
